Inspiration Board: The Club at Hillbrook

We always love to imagine how we'd style a wedding at some of our favorite venues around Northeast Ohio, and The Club at Hillbrook in Chagrin Falls is definitely high on that list of favorites. Built in 1919 as a private residence, the 40-room Tudor mansion boasts spectacular woodwork, carved marble mantels and thousands of leaded glass windowpanes -- and the grounds are just as amazing. The original owner employed no less than 30 gardeners just to maintain his extensive collection of trees and formal gardens. In the early 1950s, the mansion was converted to a club, where it has been hosting beautiful weddings and events ever since.

To plan our Hillbrook wedding, naturally, we begin with the gown. We would choose "The Vineyard" by Lela Rose. The sillouette is classic and sophisticated, like The Club at Hillbrook, while the gorgeous embroidered floral pattern is a nod to the club's gardens.

The theme of our Hillbrook wedding would be a formal garden party.
