Amanda and Chris had a classic wedding at a classic Cleveland wedding venue, The Old Courthouse, a historic venue full of stunning architectural details. We love that this couple chose to forgo trendy themes in favor of a wedding that is perfectly timeless with a beautiful color palette.
From the bride, Amanda:
I met my husband Chris in middle school. Our wedding was on December 5 at the Old Courthouse in Cleveland on what was our 10th anniversary since we started “dating” as kids. We held both the ceremony and the reception there, which was fitting because I had just passed the bar exam a few months prior. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Joe Overholt whom I had known since I was a baby, which was very special. We didn’t have any sort of specific theme in mind when planning the wedding and picking out decor. Instead, we tried to stick with the color palette we really liked: navy blue, light grey, gold, and blush. We wanted it to be classic and put together in a way that would make sure we could always look back at our photos and love what we picked.
