It's always so nice when a couple is able to call upon friends to help with their wedding. It creates a personal and meaningful event, and you can see how much love and joy was emanating from everyone at Beth and Mike's beautiful wedding.
From the bride, Beth:
We wanted to include as many friends as possible in our wedding to make the day feel truly personal. Spice has been a good friend of our family for years so we knew we wanted to start with them as our caterer. The rest grew from there, with many of our vendors coming through recommendations from Spice. Additionally, our friend Mike Schultz was our officiant, our friend Zack Bendzuck was our DJ, our friend Aubrey Alexander played the harp for our ceremony and our friend Emily Bebenroth Hasselbauer made our cake.
The most unique part of wedding planning was flying over to my parents home in Suzhou, China to have my dress custom made in the wedding dress capital of the world. It was a truly memorable experience! Once the dress arrived in America I accessorized it with a lace jacket and sparkly belt from Something White and I think the final look turned out perfect.
